The Korean Language and Cultural Centre is domiciled in the Department of Linguistics, Languages and Literature, in the Faculty of Arts, is located on the third floor of the Education Building at the Main Campus.
The centre was established in 2013. To date, 200 students are undertaking Korean language certificate courses and over 30 students are pursuing the language at the bachelors degree level.
Students pursuing Korean studies can at the University of Nairobi can join the Korean Studies Students Association.
The association organizes various activities including open days, student exchange programmes and cultural events.
